Catering Staff

There are no booking fees, hidden fees, mandatory gratuity, or taxes on staff.

​

There is a 4 hour minimum.

This means 4 hours must be paid even if the staff are needed less than 4 hours.​

​

One waiter or bartender is included free for requests of 10 or more staff.

 

We partner with a security firm that provides security staff who are highly trained current and former Military and Law Enforcement.​ ​​​

​

If we are catering an event, the travel fees below will still apply even if we provide transportation for events.

​

Staff must be paid for the time to get to an event, one way only, if the event is more than one hour from Midtown Manhattan using public transportation.

 

If staff can drive to an event, they must be paid for the time to the event if it’s more than a one hour drive from Midtown. Gas and toll fees may apply.

​

Rates are double on major holidays.
