Catering Staff

There are no booking fees, hidden fees, mandatory gratuity, or taxes on staff.

​

There is a 4 hour minimum.

This means 4 hours must be paid even if the staff are needed less than 4 hours.​

​

Staff discounts may be possible for ongoing contract requests.

 

We partner with a security firm that provides security staff who are highly trained current and former Military and Law Enforcement.​ ​​​

​

If we are catering an event, not just providing staff, then the travel fees below do not apply.

​

Staff must be paid for the time to get to an event, one way only, if the event is more than one hour from Midtown Manhattan using public transportation.

 

If staff can drive to an event, they must be paid for the time to the event (one way) if it’s more than a 30 minute drive from Midtown. Gas and toll fees may apply.

​

Rates are double on major holidays.
